  7. mSQL is preinstalled to run as user "root" and group "user". 
  8. For security reasons it is preferable that you 
  9. create your own user and run msql as this new user.
  10. To do so you will have to:
  11.     - create the new user (for example "msqluser" and group "msqlgroup")
  12.     - chown -R msqluser.msqlgroup /usr/freeware/msql
  13.     modify the file /usr/freeware/msql/etc/msql.conf according 
  14.     to your changes

  19. -the default location of mSQL has been changed 
  20.  from /usr/local/Hughes to /usr/freeware/msql
  21. -all scripts has been changed to run with this new location
  22. -the  package fw_msql.sw contains the n32 precompiled binaries for 
  23.  IRIX 6.2, IRIX 6.3 IRIX 6.4 and IRIX 6.4.
